you've visited the Web site, we hope you'll want to get your marching boots on
and join up! Attached below is a membership application form, in two formats.
To join up, please:
- Download the application form. To do this:
(a)
Choose the format that's most convenient to you (PDF, or rich-text format
(RTF) for input to a word-processor such as Microsoft Word).
(b)
Right-click on the appropriate icon below.
(c) Choose "Save Target As..."
from the pop-up menu that appears.
- Print the application form.
- Fill in the form and post it with a cheque and SAE to
the membership secretary, whose address is on the form. (Because we're a small
organization, we can't accept credit card payments. Sorry!)
- PDF version; open and print with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- RTF version; for any wordprocessor that supports
rich-text format -- e.g. Microsoft Word, Wordpad, Write.
